I only went through the first step of a brief phone interview. They reached out to me. I chose not to move forward after hearing the average salary range. The base was 50k+ commission. For the first year you receive 2% commission. After that if you are promoted you will receive 5%. Was informed the average pay with the 2% is around $55-57k/year. Will be managing accounts with schools and job seeking teachers. Will be managing job board postings and calling/reaching out to previous applicants.

There are a total of 2 in person interviews depending on how you found the job. You may have a prescreening. They are about 30 minutes each and quick. You interview with 2 different people and then have a shadowing on the last one.

The interview was short and I spoke with a few memebers of the manager team. Some nice some not. They will give you a tour of the floor and the possible team you will be working with and then you will shadow someone for 30 min or so.

A 3 part interview with three different leaders on the sales floor. I got a tour of the sales floor and got to watch them use the CRM. I interviewed with district manager as well. I got to see the space and walk the halls.
