The interview process starts off with a phone interview for about 15-30 minutes. If you make it through that round you then go for an in person interview with a different person. This interview last for about 30 minutes. When asked when I would hear back they told me I had to follow up about next steps? After I received an email stating I made it to the next level, they sent a reference check. You have to have 3 references. After this you have another interview that last for about 30 minutes. It was not difficult, however a lot of work on your end as far as commuting and sending follow emails, which no one responds too. For me to get to the 3rd interview, have to send multiple emails, and answer multiple phone calls, I was expecting to get an offer. I did not which is okay, not everyone is the right fit, however if I made it that far I would’ve expected full transparency and got none of that. I sent a follow up email, never got anything back from them, which is very disappointing and says a lot about the respect that they have for candidates taking time out of their day, money to drive to and from several times, and just the lack of communication. I was overall interested in the company, however the lack of communication in the interview process was very telling.
