An office manager and lead medical assistant were interviewing together and asked regular questions about past employment history, future goals, past jobs dealing with stress, and in workload handling changes.
Part of the application process is completing a recorded, automated phone interview. You are asked questions via a recording on the phone, and your answers are recorded then reviewed. An in person interview was scheduled after.

Phone interview scheduled to go over my resume and ask why you want to work for the company. It was a very short conversation. That's about it the lady was slightly late too calling me
