ProMedica interview questions

I applied online and received an email to interview with an HR representative, which basically just went over my application. The next week, the hiring manager contacted me to set up a Teams meeting. The interview was good and we talked about my experience and how my skills applied to the role. Then the next week I was contacted to do a final in person interview but the hiring manager neglected to add me to the calendar invite (which caused me to miss the interview and thankfully she called me to apologize), so it had to be rescheduled for the next week. I waited another week only to find out I didn't get the job. The interview process left me a little sour as I feel that my chance at the job was hindered by something out of my control. The whole process was slow and took a little over a month. You also have to pass a drug test and get a flu shot in order to be hired.
