Procept BioRobotics interview questions

I got a phone call and talked to the recruiter for almost 35 minutes. During the call itself, she scheduled the meeting with the hiring manager. The next day, I got an email from the Recruiter team that they would not be moving with my interview. I was a little confused because the zoom call was still scheduled. It just seemed unprofessional. I emailed the recruiter to clarify what happened and she replied saying that I needed medical device experience and 5+ years of experience- both of which I had.

I started my journey with PROCEPT in November 2021 where I was recruited by Daniel via through a Military Officer transition program. At the time, I was transitioning out of the US Air Force and pursuing any and every opportunity that came my way. During the transition program, I spoke with over 10 companies, and discussed multiple roles with each. At the end of the process, I had successfully matched with each company, and had several offers on the table. The reason I selected PROCEPT was that I felt a deep connection to the mission, the company goals, and finally, the people. My experience with Daniel during this process was fantastic – unlike most of the recruiters I spoke to, he took a genuine interest and found true connections between the skills that I had, and how they could improve the company immediately. After I had joined, he took his role one step further by following up with me throughout the year, discussing how the transition was going and if their was anything he could do to support in my new role – again, taking a genuine interest in my future success.
