I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procom (Calgary, AB) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview process was a bit longer than what I'm used to. It was a 3 step interview process: 1 face to face with a team lead, 1 job shadow where you meet the team and the final interview with the MD and VP.

Question 1
It was just a casual conversation with some questions like:
1) What would do if you aren't able to find candidates for a job?
2) What is your general intake process?
3) What do you tell the AM/AE if something in the JD does not look right?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Procom (Calgary, AB) in Feb 2014
Interview
It was like meeting up with a girlfriend and discussing future plans. There was no structure or format. It was the Branch director telling me all these great things about the company and making unrealistic promises about giving me a portfolio of clients and that I could hit the ground running. She contacted me a few times, but her lies grew and were not consistent. It was a big sales job with little foundation to stand on. I smelled the BS a mile away
Short and then an offer. They brought me in and had me take a timed test and then told me how great it was to work there and how they would invest so much time and energy into me and made it seem exactly opposite of what it really is
