Procore Technologies Implementation Manager interview questions

1 screening interview with the company recruiter; 1:1 interview via Zoom with 3 managers; 1 interview onsite with hiring manager. Recruiter and managers were professional, organized and respectful. Despite the long process, it was overall a good experience. Along the process I realized that this is not a management position, in my opinion, this position could be better described as "Implementation/Customer service Associate" because it is for managing accounts not people, and support the customers mostly by phone.

I was interviewed by 5 different people over 3 different interviews, for about 30 minutes each time. The first call was with the Procore Recruiter, The second time with the hiring manager, then a separate call with a person who tested my French, then a in-person interview at the Toronto office with 2 team members.
