I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Carpinteria, CA) in Nov 2016
Interview
I would say it was the best interview experience ever. People at Procore are super nice and friendly, and the working environment is amazing.
After two rounds of phone interview, I had an onsite interview, in which I talked with three members. The talk was really enjoyable, it was pretty casual and the questions were mostly about team work and my motivation. It didn't make me feel it was an interview, but rather like a friendly talk between potential teammates.
I also had a technical challenge at the last round of onsite interview, in which I was assigned a small task to finish, with the help of a Procore member. This process is actually relaxing and fun, it was like we were actually doing a project together, but not like he was testing me.
