I exchanged some emails with the company, then went in to interview in person. At the interview I had a chance to meet some of the people I'd be working with beyond my direct supervisor. Everyone was warm and welcoming, yet highly professional.

They described the challenges they were dealing with and asked how I could help them with those specifics.
More difficult than other similar jobs I had interviewed for. Phone screener for first round where they got very personal and asked about my passion for the field. More than just a screener if you ask me.
