I initially applied online via LinkedIn. A few weeks later I got a message from a recruiter requesting a phone screen with me. I agreed, and the phone call was just a couple days later. The phone screen was a casual, pleasant conversation and was a very typical initial screen in my opinion. The recruiter let me know on the phone that she was going to move me forward to the in-person interview round, and should expect to hear from someone shortly to schedule that. I heard from someone within about an hour, which was very impressive. My in-person interview was scheduled a couple weeks out. Prior to my office visit, I received a long email letting me know who I'd be talking to, where I should park, how long it should take, and instructions about where to go once in the building These clear instructions helped me prepare and also relieved some of the pre-interview nerves. Once in the (Austin) office for my interview, I was greeted quickly by the office manager who was very sweet and gave me a quick tour of the office. I interviewed with three different people, two managers and one peer, for a total of about two hours. The interviews felt very smooth and not intimidating. It was clear to me that, while my experience and skills were important, they were also interested in learning about me on a personal human level. The interview was not difficult, and I left feeling really good about the whole experience. I received an offer via phone from the hiring manager only a couple days later, which was by far the fastest turnaround I've ever seen.
