I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Carpinteria, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Had an amazing experience. I could tell they were excited to meet me and really valued me as a candidate. My process was no doubt much different than most candidates, but still a 10/10. My recruiter reached out to me on a Tuesday via LinkedIn. I already had another fantastic offer on the table and planned to accept it that Wednesday, but agreed to a call anyways. We spoke Wednesday, I told my recruiter my circumstances, and was immediately put in touch with the hiring manager to discuss an in-person interview as soon as possible. With some convincing from the hiring manager, I ended up pushing my original offer out to the following Monday so that I could interview with Procore that Friday. I'm so glad I did. Went into the office, met four members from leadership (including hiring manager and VP) for formal interviews and spoke informally with a peer from the team I was interviewing for. Received great feedback on-site and received an offer on my drive home.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (East Boston, MA) in Apr 2025
Interview
Efficient and effective interview with no time wasted. They do their absolute best to find a home for you. I would highly recommend Procore to anyone with a passion for the construction industry, sales, and software.

Interview
Recruiter reached out. Then next step was speak with another recruiter who still didn’t know much about the actual role. Then spoke to the hiring manager. All 3 interviews were not able to answer questions about OTE performance or even company performance. Huge red flag if they don’t tell you actual percentage of AE’s hitting OTE

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Procore Technologies (Austin, TX) in Jan 2024
Interview
Had a phone interview today, from a resume I sent them over 3 weeks ago. The interview was going good, until they asked me what kind of formal sales trainiing I'd had. I said I've been a succesful sales person for over 20 years, and had some back at Dell. She mentioned that If I didn't have sales training in 3-4 that she named, it would look bad.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your interview. I am sorry to hear that your experience was disappointing. I’d welcome the opportunity to connect with you further so I can better understand the feedback you received from our recruiter. If you’re interested in connecting, please email employerfeedback@procore.com, and we can set up a time to talk.
Thank you again for the feedback.
