I found the job via LinkedIn and was blown away by the positive reviews about the company and positive culture vibe that I was able to see across a variety of platforms, including Procore's Instagram pages. I was contacted by the recruiter for Australia, and she was amazing. It can be rare to encounter a first screening call where it is obvious that someone has taken the time to read your resume and look at your LinkedIn profile, so that was a breath of fresh air. I went on to meet with the relevant team leader and a senior member of the team, and again, who seemed to have taken the time to review my resume so the conversation was more in-depth than simply reciting my my previous roles. A final interview followed with a senior member of the department, who was based in the US but made an effort to fit in with the Australian time-zone which was so nice. Overall, every member of staff that I spoke to confirmed the positive culture that I was looking for and spoke so highly of each other in a genuine way that can be rare to find.
