Recruiting Screening was average. I must say that my experience with the hiring manager was less than satisfactory. During the interview, the hiring manager seemed to be on a power trip and was more focused on questioning my current job and the specific day-to-day activities that I handle, which I found to be unnecessary. This line of questioning made me feel as if my abilities and experience were being doubted. Despite my efforts to explain my qualifications and relevant experience for the position, the hiring manager persisted in his line of questioning and it left me feeling belittled and insignificant. The overall experience was not what I expected and was not a positive one, especially after having left the interview feeling pathetic.
