I recently had a job interview scheduled with the recruitment team, and I have to say it was a terrible experience. I showed up on time and waited for the recruiter to arrive, but they never showed up. I waited for 30 minutes, and still no one came to greet me or even inform me of the delay. I tried to contact the recruiter through the email , but there was no response. It was very frustrating and unprofessional to be kept waiting without any communication. It was a complete waste of my time and effort . This experience has left a very bad impression of the company and its hiring process. If they couldn't even be bothered to show up for an interview, how can I trust them to be professional and reliable in other aspects of their business? I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a job, as they clearly have no respect for job seekers' time and effort. The lack of communication and professionalism displayed by the recruiter is unacceptable, and I hope they improve their hiring process in the future.
