Confusing. Long wait to get an interview and then a long time for a response. Interupted process and unknowledgable recruiter. In the long run they really didn't listen to my questions nor my answers.

There were a number of different stages but the TA team kept me regularly informed. I got a great sense of what the company was like and lots of opportunity to ask questions

Interview
The process was mainly done in three stages. First stage was an interview screening with someone from the talent acquisition team - this stage was very informative (not too formal which is great). The second is something called the "Core" interview steps where you get to meet 2 or 3 other people from the business and then a final with the hiring manager (sometimes in the form of a task or case study)
