I got an interview by attending the UCSB career fair and the process took about 1 month from them first reaching out to getting a final decision. The position was for a iOS development internship. The initial phone interviewer was a non-technical recruiter and asked about my background in programming an iOS development. The next stage was a coding challenge. After a large gap of time I was brought in for a final interview where my challenge was talked over and I was asked more about my technical background, pretty standard stuff. I must say it wasn't a great experience. I got very little feedback after completing the challenge (for example, after submitting there was no notification they'd received it or what the next step would be, how long this would take...), and the on-site interviewer was very strange about asking me technical questions. I really couldn't tell if they were asking me specifics or just discussing general topics, very ambiguous. Overall, good process but they need to revise their on-site process and focus on the kinds of questions they ask.
