Procore Technologies Sales Development Representative (SDR) interview questions

Overall, a great experience. Multiple recruiters worked with me to find the right fit and notified me the moment a position became available. Initial screening with recruiter (30 minutes) Panel interview with 3 people back-to-back. Asked questions about your background, a few behavioral questions, and really just had a conversation. Final interview with Director. Similar structure to the panel interview as far as questions, but just a bit more technical and in depth. Received an offer the day after my final interview. Everyone who I met with was kind, personable, and knowledgeable. Procore preaches about their values and aims to take care of their employees and that really came through in this interview process. They obviously care about your background and if you can do the job well, but they really want to make sure you’re a good culture fit. Overall, this was the most enjoyable interview process I’ve been apart of.

I interviewed with Procore in February of 2022. Overall, it was a smooth and typical interview process starting with a one on one with their hiring manager before moving on to a panel interview with 3 sales managers. Unfortunately, the process took about 66-8 weeks and within the process Procore went from remote SDR's to full time office SDR's and I was unable to make the transition.
