Typical interview process, recruiter screening, hiring manager, panel, demo. The first two steps weren't overly difficult if you have a good story to tell and relevant experiences. The hiring manager was super personable and made you excited for the job. Then came the Panel, it's almost like they're trying to make you fail in some parts of this. Very scripted, especially the values - it almost felt as if the interviewer wasn't consistent with the Procore values in any way. Didn't give their full attention from the second the call started, refused to give feedback, and asked questions that didn't really seem to relate to what everything prepares you for during this step. In the end the job was offered to someone else with minimal feedback however the job posting was renewed a week later. For how much effort goes into these processes the whole thing didn't leave a good taste in your mouth. Don't expect to get an offer after your first go around, it usually takes 3 or 4 tries.
