Interview
I was initially rejected for the first application that I applied for due to salary expectations.
I was emailed back a few weeks later with another role that fit within my salary expectations.
There were 5 rounds of interviews: recruiter, hiring manager, manager, team members and hiring manager.
Was told a week later role is on hold, and then received a call after two weeks and was told they restructured the role and is now two levels senior.
Way to many interviews for a mid level position that isn’t a manager or director role… will think about working for them in the future. Also felt time was wasted…
