Procore Technologies Product Manager interview questions

The entire interview process at Procore is incredibly detailed and well thought out. All while making the process feel very conversational. I felt, I was interviewing them as much as they were interviewing me. Each communication with Procore was very clear and outlined next steps. Below is my timeline of interviews with a brief description: 1. Brief call from HR recruiter with basic questions. 2. Two phone screen interviews, 1st Hiring Manager, 2nd Director of Engineering. Each call lasted between 45-60 min. I was asked about past experience and why Procore. 3. I was invited for an on site interview which started with a tour around the campus. I met and interviewed with - the Hiring Manager, Product Manager two Engineers, Director of Engineering, VP of Product, and Head of Product. Everyone that I interviewed with was extremely friendly, and really put emphasis on the company’s culture and values - Openness, Ownership, and Optimism. My interview included behavioral questions, leadership questions, and additional questions about past experiences.

Everybody I talked to was great, but the in person interview was super long. I think it ended up being over 4 hours straight, an hour each with four different people that asked essentially the same questions.
