Procore Technologies Sr Manager interview questions

Well it never happened actually, they scheduled a 9am interview with VP and the VP never showed and HR proceeded to tell me they made an offer to another candidate and forgot to cancel my interview. Aside from being disrespectful and thoughtless of my time, if you were at the 'offer stage' of another candidate, why in the hell would you start an interview process with another candidate, aside from wasting my valuable time. All the negative interview/culture comments are true on Glassdoor I guess. I'd say UNBELIEVABLE, but it's par for the course in this world now. Procore apparently is falling right in line.
