I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Progress (Morrisville, NC) in Feb 2013
Interview
It was a 3 hours interview. I went to the progress software in Morrisville. I thought interviewers will ask me to code. But actually, other than the questions about my resume and a few technical questions, they asked me many basic questions, such as describe yourself, what is your weakness. The people there were nice.

Asked about OOPS, DBMS, DSA, AWS (EC2, LAMBDA, CLOUDFRONT). More focused on OOPS and core JAVA. DSA questions on trees, graphs, linked lists, arrays, hashmaps, sets, stacks, queues, and few other algorithms
OA round then technical round then hr. Technical was based on your job description, your projects, your resume and your DSA. HR was based on projects and your communication skills.
My interview experience with the company was exceptional. The process was well-organized and transparent, with clear communication at every stage.
