I saw the job ad on indeed.com, submitted my resume via their website. Within 2 days, I received a call stating that they would like me to online testing. I received the link within 1 day. The testing took less than an hour, not extremely difficult but need to have math skills. Then received a call that they wanted to do a phone interview. Scheduled the phone interview for a week later. That was there first available. Need to be prepared to answer behavioral type questions. At the end of the phone interview, I was told I passed and would receive a call to schedule an in person interview. Received call next day and scheduled in person interview for 2 days later. The in person interview went well. Both ladies were very friendly, but just seemed to be going thru the motions. I knew immediately that I would not get the job. Received a call 2 days later stating I did not receive the job because of the "pace of the environment" and other candidates had more customer service experience. I was not happy with that critique because we did not even discuss the "pace of the environment" in the interview, and I have customer service experience. Overall, everyone involved in this process was extremely nice, but I definitely got the feeling they had someone already picked out for the job before I even got there.
