Progressive Insurance Claims Adjuster interview questions

The interview process is long and extensive. They want you to provide very detailed examples, including stressful situations. The interview itself is long, over an hour. In the end, their response for not hiring was supposedly because I didn't give details in my examples. That information is confidential. I couldn't.
