Filled out application online, got the online assessment about 2 days later and passed that, did my phone interview and currently waiting to hear back from them. I have to say it is a stressful interview even though there are examples of questions they ask on the Progressive website (I of course got none of those) So even though you think you're prepared, it is difficult to come up with specific examples right on the spot. I have a lot of customer service experience from being in real estate for 5 years, so I have so many situations that I've been through its hard to single out one. All of my questions were about stressful situations.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

3. Tell me about the situation when you had to adapt existential process or encounter while working on an assignment at work or during college please describe the situation how you adapted to the change and the results
4. Think about a time when you need to learn something new in order to accomplish a task at work or during college, please describe the situation your actions and the outcome

Interview
Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
