The process was smooth and took about a month. I currently work for a company bigger than Progressive and am used to the time/rounds for interviewing. The phone interview was about 30 minutes and covered your background, why you left each company, and your experience. It moved onto salary where I was 100% not pleased. The starting pay advertised was 44K, which is a lot less than what I currently make. The interviewer continued to ask if I was willing to accept that salary, and I said no it would be a pay cut. She finally said she had no say in the decision and we moved on to the behavioral part.. I aced that portion but after the interview was asked again about salary. I'm usually okay with being easy to work with, but flat out told her no I was not pleased with the offer and would like more. 2 days later I found out I didn't get the job and I'm extremely glad. No job that is a lateral move is worth a pay cut. Also you will be required to travel for 2 weeks for paid training in OH or AZ.
