I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Mayfield, OH) in Oct 2013
Interview
Started with a simple phone screen from one of the hiring managers. Few days later I got an in-person interview with 2 other managers back to back. They expect answers in the STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Results). Few days later I got a phone call from the original hiring manger that I got the job.

Question 1
Describe a situation where something you worked on didn't work out well.
Multiple rounds of STAR and one round of technical. Team was very knowledgeable and personable. Interviews didn't feel like fluff. They felt like getting to know the team and the team getting to know you.
