At the end of my phone interview the recruiter already wanted to set up an on-site interview. She was extremely helpful and we emailed back and forth a few times regarding a few questions I had. I went about a week later and the interview was so-so. The interviewer seemed disheveled and unorganized and asked a lot of off topic questions. He said I would hear from them either way and that it could take up to 2 weeks. At the end of the 2 weeks I had heard nothing, so I called and left a message with the person I interviewed with just asking to hear back but never did get a return call.

The interview for me was a 3 part process. The first two were recorded and AI style inquiries. The last was an in-person (virtual) interview. I highly recommend anyone who is interviewing to learn the S.T.A.R. method of answering qurstions. This actually is good advice for interviewing for any position in any industry. Anyway, back to Progressive. It was almost a month long process. At least 7-10 days in between each step. It was a bit scary having radio silence during the process, but if this is a company you are aiming for, I suggest you just utilize your patience in the process. They will want to know the basic questions and qualifications you possess. They also will want to know about your time-management, how you relate to customers and handle stressful situations, deadlines and the big one "WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK FOR PROGRESSIVE?" Like I said, research the company, be prepared with answers and just remember to breathe and do your best.
