Interview
It was okay, in total I had an assessment and then two interviews. One interview was in an online setting, and about a week after I submitted it, I received a request for an in-person interview scheduled for two weeks later. After my onsite interview, they said they would let me know whether or not I got the job within 10 days. after waiting 15 days and not hearing anything back, I reached out to them to see what the decision was. I was sent the standard email of not being selected for the job. It was very aggravating to have been in the interview process for two months, and then for them to not even tell me until I inquired if I got the job or not. Outside of that, everyone I spoke with was very welcoming and friendly, which is a plus. If you are interviewing with them, make sure you know the STAR format and it will help you greatly.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions. After the recorded interview, I received an email to schedule another online interview but live with the leadership team.
