This interview process was very different than anything I had experienced prior. The first step was the online assessment I received. After I completed that, I received an email the next day that I had qualified and it was time for my video interview. I completed that a couple of days later. Look back in the other interview reviews because someone gave all 8 questions they used and it was accurate. Practice those beforehand! I felt like that went well overall and then the next morning after I submitted it I was asked to schedule my hour long interview. The only thing I didn't care for was that this was the only time you get to interact with someone. I didn't feel like this part went well and the questions were geared towards mistakes I had made and things that hadn't gone well. Very hard to shine a light on the positives of my career. I can't stress enough to be prepared for the STAR behavioral questions because that's what it is and the questions were really challenging. I did not feel like this went well overall, but the following Monday I got my call with my offer.
