Video interview process was very tedious in nature. It was a pre-recording. I Practiced over and over the recommended STAR method. Advanced to the next stage for another interview with Manager. Was not selected although I am qualified & experienced. I thought my interview went well - I guess they just did not like me. So much time taken for such a disappointing outcome.
