The process was pretty straightforward. Applied in late August and received my offer in mid Sept. Applied online and within a few days I was given an assessment to do online it was a mixture of math problems (business math, percentages, nothing crazy) and a mock call simulation. The next day I was sent a link to conduct a recorded video interview. Make sure you understand the STAR interview method and answer each question in that format and that you use facial expressions and have a good vocal tone for the recorded interview. A few days later I was sent an invite for face to face interview through webcam. For this interview understand and use the STAR format and do not be surprised if you are asked some of the same questions again. Also some others have mentioned that their face to face interview was a panel interview however mine was just with one person. Also, come prepared with questions about the position/company for the interview. All in all this was not that bad of a process just be yourself and know how to use the STAR format for interviews and you'll be fine. 2 days after the face to face interview I was offered the position and started the background check process. As a heads up my background took almost 3 weeks to clear and I have a clean background so keep that in mind if you feel like the process is dragging, also stay on top of your emails as I had to verify a few things and upload some documents for the background check that they were unable to verify for some reason.
