Its a multi-step process but the response time is very quick. You fill out some questions when applying, do an assessment, record 8 interview questions, then do a virtual interview. It weeds out people with every step so its not an easy process. I would say the behavioral assessment was easy, the STAR format is new to me so the pre recorded section was nice so you can practice and record yourself. You do only get 2 attempts and it is timed so you do need to be prepared. The virtual interview was tough again because of the STAR format and unexpected questions. There are 4 or 5 questions during the interview and that is the hump, once you get over that part you are past the difficult part. It is a 1 hour interview on average, they want you to pack everything into those STAR questions, as far as experience and skills. Its a very structured interview process. I only had 1 person interviewing me, so it was a bit less stressful. That person was helpful in answering questions on the company. I liked that they gave me a projected start date, and considered me for an office that would be closer to home. Overall, the company is pretty solid, they made a good impression on me and I will be applying again. It sucks to know I will need to wait a 6 month period before apply, so I would say prepare for those interview questions as much as you can. I also felt my interview was a bit rushed as I got an end of day time slot at 4pm. I would say interview earlier in the day.
