I worked with a recruiter who did an initial screening phone interview. After that, they scheduled a time for me to come and take an analyst IQ test, which consisted of a computer exam with 50 questions and 12 minutes to answer them. After passing that, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, which focused on past work experiences. The next step would have been a face to face interview, but they offered the position to someone else before I had my face to face.
