Interview
The hiring process is quite intense for progressive. It is first an online assessment if they like your resume, then a phone interview and if you pass that you get an actual interview. I didn't make it past the phone interview. They have quite a thorough process which is good because they actually take their time to ensure that they pick the right employees.
