I found out about this job at a job fair that took place at my college. The recruiter initially took my resume and then called me about two weeks later. At that time an appointment was set up to take two assessments at the claims office. I passed both tests that day and received an email scheduling a phone interview. The phone interview took about an hour and consisted of behavioral and experienced based questions. I passed the phone interview and am now scheduled for a managerial interview at the claims office in about a month (after I graduate).
