If they like your application then you complete an online test, then a phone interview and if you pass that you'll do an in person interview with two different managers & sit with a representative to listen to calls. The questions require 3 part answers; what was the situation? What action did you take? What was the outcome? You'll answer about 10 of these on your phone interview then about 15-20 during your in person interview. They want *specific* examples of situations you encountered. I left the interview confident I'd get an offer only to get a phone call saying they did not want to hire me because the managers reported they had a hard time getting answers out of me...which I honestly don't feel was the case. The atmosphere was very relaxed, most people in jeans/shorts & t-shirts. Everyone I came in contact with during the lengthy process was very nice, even the security! I don't feel like their judgment is on point, but it is what it is. My perception of the company as a whole has changed entirely.
