I applied Online after receiving a job post via email. I was contacted by a Recruiter to set up a telephone interview time line. After finding out what time lines they had open, made agreement on date and time specific. Received very prompt call on the specific date and time from Human Resources. The phone interview was apprximately 40 minutes. Note: was told it could last up to one hour. After that process, was told I would receive an email for an Online test that could take up to one hour. After receiving the email, proceeeded to take the Online test. I then received a call to set up face to face with the Hiring Manager at the location to which they were filling the position. Set up time and location. Arrived early and waited for the Manager who was prompt. To my surprise it was just the Hiring manager and no other(s). The interview lasted approximately 40 minutes as well. I was told I would receive confirmation on a job offer withiin three days by email or phone. If I did not receive this information to contact Human Resources (HR) for clarification. On the third day I call HR and they contacted the Recruiter, who then sent me an email with the job offer.
