Complete disregard for personal safety, only because the CEO likes to wake up early, and micromanage. I didn't even bother following up.

Recruiter Screen followed by in-person behavior/technical panel. Questions really targeted your resume and problem solving. Technical question involved counting odd numbers with very simple follow up, it was very easy.
