There were many steps to the hiring process. There was a phone screening, a preliminary in-person interview, and two additional interviews afterwards, each of which was 1-2 hours long. I felt like the interview process was never going to end. However, now that I work with the company I can see why they go through such lengths to make sure everyone they hire will be a good fit.
