Protiviti Associate Consultant interview questions

it was mostly a good experience, people were really nice and friendly. The process can be a little long and tedious. The first interview was fine, the second one with a manager was difficult since she was not helpful or a good conversationist at all.

Overall I thought the interview process was very friendly on Protiviti's part. For me, I started with a 30min phone interview and then had essentially a superday interview after a couple weeks. The interviewers and team that I spoke with were very friendly and made it feel more like a conversation rather than an interview. Although I had read that most interviews seemed to be with just yourself, I was actually paired up with another interviewee in my interview. My only constructive criticism for Protiviti is their unwillingness to provide feedback. In my opinion, it would very beneficial to both the interviewee and Protiviti for them to help the interviewee understand what specifically Protiviti is looking for and what qualifications interviewees may be missing. That being said, I was impressed by the team I met making me feel comfortable with the entire interview process.
