My interview took place through Campus Placement Process. Protiviti had shortlisted some of the students from our college on the basis of initial telephonic conversation. Further, there was a pool campus round which happened at Protiviti location, Gurgaon where around 50 odd candidates had been called in. Interview happened with their set steps of selection. Out of all at last 3 had been asked to stay back in the evening, after that interview with Associate Director happened and HR personnel asked for salary compensation & i had been told that i will be intimated in couple of days. In a week time i got call from HR confirming my candidature with compensation figures. Further, I had been asked to join immediately from next working day and at that time my final semester exam was on the other hand.

First round is phone interview, second round is a case and third is at their offices where they show you around and engage you in many activities and interview for about 5 minutes with another manager. I think final round is more about cultural fit, so act like a consultant to be hired like one.
