I applied through my university and it took about 2 weeks for them to review my resume. The first round is two 30 minute interviews back to back. One behavioral, one case. Both were fairly easy and laid back. Second round is in the office.
Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical

Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
