I applied online through the university portal and on their website. Received an invite the following week. They emailed a flow chart for the case portion of the interview the night before. Both the case interview and behavioral portion were standard interviews. The interviewers were very personable and made me feel comfortable.
Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical

Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
