I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Protiviti
Interview
Overall a pleasant experience. Applied online after meeting a recruiter on campus. Started with a phone interview which lead to an invitation to a conference/ in-person interview. Two-part interview, one case and one behavioral. Both of which were more conversational. They really wanted to analyze what my thought process was on making certain decisions, but they did not expect me to be an expert; this made the entire interview fair and not overly stressful.

Interview
Quick 20 min phone call with recruiter. They ask you behavioral questions and your background. Wasn't too bad felt more like a conversation but they are very picky when it comes to second round in terms of your background really needing to fit the role to a T.
Simple behavioral and case interview. One of the most supportive interview environments I've been in and really appreciated it. Behavioral was very standard and case is given before hand. Case was pretty simple, a diagram that you have to analyze and you get a day to think about it. Not too much stress testing, overall pretty good experience.
Great experience! The employees were truly amazing—welcoming and knowledgeable. The interview had two parts: the first half focused on behavioral questions, while the second half involved analyzing and solving a case study.
