I applied in-person. I interviewed at Protiviti in Oct 2013
Interview
One Case based interview & One Behavioral interview. About thirty minutes each. The case was a procurement process that was outdated, cumbersome, and lacked efficiency. The goal was to outline possible improvement steps. The behavioral interview was standard.
They interviewed graduate students for the internship as well but in the end, none of the grad students were offered positions. Probably didn't want to pay grad level internship wages when they can get undergrads.
Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Protiviti (Milan)
Interview
Colloquio con HR che prima ha illustrato la posizione e poi ha fatto delle domande. Non ho effettuato altri step perché il mio periodo di disponibilità non era compatibile con le loro esigenze
Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
