I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Protiviti (New York, NY) in Sep 2021
Interview
after talking to some employees, I was referred to the recruiter who explained the process to me. The interview consisted of two parts: A behavioral interview and a case interview. The behavioral was pretty much what you expect from a behavioral interview. Questions about your resume, why you want to work for them, how you would handle a situation, strengths/weaknesses. For the case interview, they sent me a flow chart beforehand and then had me read a case at the start of the interview. They then asked me various questions about the case and how I would handle it. Overall great process. I found out about an offer after about a week.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Protiviti in Sep 2025
Interview
The interview began with a recruiter phone call discussing my education, post-grad goals, and expectations. That was the only round I had — brief, focused, and centered on alignment with future opportunities.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti in Nov 2024
Interview
Connected with a recruiter and was passed onto the interview stage. A single round with two interviewers, 40 minutes each, a case and a behavioral. Case was pretty straightforward and they provide you the layout beforehand. Amazing and friendly people.

Typical behavioral questions
What can we do to improve their operations?
Normal HR phone screening about 30 mins. Connected me to NY office and got an email to interview about a week later. Interview consisted of 30 mins behavioral and 30 mins of a case study. Overall, pretty chill process and the case study was given the day before to be able to prep.
