Interview
first round was with the new york recruiter - he was so funny and chill it felt more like a conversation (no need to have camera on either so if you have notes you can look at that on your laptop) second and third round were with two managers - one behavioral that was really chill and one operations case interview

Question 1
- time you worked in a team - time you changed someone's mind - time you resolved conflict - case interview (the case is sent to you the night before so you get time to prepare and the questions were very straight forward - not a regular case interview where the interviewee takes the lead, it's more guidance from the interviewer)
1 hour interview. 30 minute case then 30 minute behavioral. Case was not too difficult as they gave some information the night before. They were overall really nice and I believe not practicing enough with the star method prior hurt me in the end.

Interview
All the interviewers are personable and really try to get to know you and help you as a candidate. Case was straightforward and was sent a day before the interview. Questions were interviewer-led.
