We met the Protiviti's employees in the annual job fair of my university. Here they gave us informations about the company and the possible positions. I left there my CV and I have been called back. On the first round interview we faced a well-structured process. First, they asked us to present ourself in a bunch of words, talking about our academic career and our relevant experiences (job experiences too). Then they gave us an english comprehension test with both multiple choice and open-reply questions. After this, they asked us to read and solve a business case, on our own, then discussing our personal conclusions in small groups set up by them. This led to group's presentations and open discussion, with managers asking some questions about the obtained conclusions. Last but not least, personal interviews took place in the afternoon. I can speak on my account about this process. The HR responsible presented me an issue in order to see how I would be able to solve problems with almost no informations. It was something like a logic-assessment. For the second round interview I talked with managers. They asked my objectives, motivation, competency-based questions, some technical questions. It has been a fair selection process.
