I had four rounds of interviews with this top-heavy company. Now, I have 10+ years of experience with Big 4 and one of the largest global banks, in NYC. Worked in investment banking and commercial banking, at various levels. Graduate degrees and top industry certifications. (Easy on the eyes, haha.) Ideal candidate for consulting and the job they claimed to be interviewing for. Back to the interview. The hiring partner was not listening to my answers and was asking the same factual questions twice. The technical Q he asked me was about an assignment they recently did and was an "operations 101" Q at best. I wondered if he read/understood my resume, if it would be value-added for me to work with them, and what kind of work they really do. In general, people seemed nice, but technically unsophisticated, which became obvious from their questions. Overall, they misrepresented what they are about, what they were looking for - and wasted my time.
